At KFLO Audio, we specialize in crafting music and sound effects primarily for the gaming industry and other sectors. Our operations span Hälleforsnäs and Stockholm in Sweden. Travel between the sites will occur on a weekly basis.
Position Available
KFLO Audio is seeking a new team member to focus on the following key responsibilities:
Assisting in the recording and composition of new audio material.
Assisting in the editing and archiving of audio content.
Collaborating on the management and placement of existing assets.
Cultivating business relationships and enhancing customer engagement with both current and prospective clients.
Expanding our market presence in Spanish-speaking regions.
Developing opportunities for asset rental.
Overseeing marketing, public relations, and brand visibility initiatives.
Development across all domains listed above.

Occasional business travel will be required.
Requirements
We are searching for an individual with an educational background in music and communication. Candidates holding degrees in marketing, tourism, or hospitality services will be given added consideration.
Your role demands experience in creative marketing, audio content creation, and a strong customer service background. Furthermore, possessing proficiency in managing hospitality environments would be considered meritorious.
Beyond this, familiarity with the following is expected:
Proficiency in Mac OS.
Competence in photo and video editing software for social media platforms.
Skillfulness in audio editing software.
Proficiency in interpreting scores and sheet music.
Capability in improvisation, note reading, and acoustic instrument performance.

Given our expansion into Spanish-speaking markets (specifically Latin America), prior experience working within these regions is essential. Fluency in Spanish is a must, alongside competent language skills in English and Swedish for effective client communication.
To excel in this role, excellent communication skills, initiative, collaborative flexibility, problem-solving acumen, and the capacity for adaptive learning are indispensable traits.
Success in this position hinges on your enthusiasm for and understanding of computer games, movies, and music.

This is a staffing assignment, which means that you will be employed by Just Arrived but work at Convictus.
Convictus is a non-profit, politically and religiously independent organization that works with homelessness, drug addiction and health. The organization wants to be an open door to the street and a link to society.

Responsibilities
External monitoring in the field. Ensure a healthy, safe working environment and good collaboration internally and externally. Keeping up to date with the business needs and challenges.
Together with the immediate supervisor:
Contribute to the transformative work of the organization
Identify, plan and implement competence and development initiatives
Being responsible for and further developing the organization's communication via social media
Keep statistics
Managing and accounting for finances such as daily cash, receipts for purchases
Planning and leading daily work

Requirements
We are looking for someone who has long experience in working with people experiencing homelessness, harmful substance dependency and/or other exclusion and have relevant education for the job.
We are also looking for someone who has documented work experience from Harm Reduction.
