About the Role
As the first commercial hire in the Netherlands, you will own the full market entry strategy. You will work closely with our founders and commercial team, leveraging our product, playbook, and strategy to execute locally.
This is a high-impact role introducing secure, high-stakes GenAI solutions to government and enterprise clients.


What You’ll Do
Supported by initial research and our playbook from previous markets, you will shape and execute the strategy for your country, getting the first deals, onboarding the first customers, and then expanding the team to support our growth.
Generate pipeline from scratch using cold outreach, networking, and social media
Own the full sales cycle: qualify prospects, coordinate demos, manage stakeholder maps, and close contracts
Apply consultative selling frameworks to uncover high-value GenAI use cases
Collaborate with Product to advocate for localizations and market fit
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and policies impacting AI adoption



Who You Are
You:
Are a high-achieving individual with competitive experience or early-stage startup success
Have 1–2 years of sales experience or exceptional achievements as a recent graduate
Possess an entrepreneurial, builder’s mindset

The Role
This is not a maintenance role.
You will:
Own Intric’s entire infrastructure architecture
Design secure, scalable systems for AI workloads
Build the foundation for European expansion
Define how we run AI in highly regulated environments
Make key architectural decisions that shape the company

You will be the first dedicated infrastructure hire, working closely with our founder and engineering team.

What You’ll Build
Our platform enables organisations to deploy AI agents in secure environments. That means:
Running AI/LLM workloads in production
Designing highly available Kubernetes-based systems
Managing cloud infrastructure with strict security constraints
Building for data sovereignty and regulatory compliance
Scaling from tens to hundreds of enterprise customers

You will work with technologies such as:
Kubernetes
Docker
Redis
pgvector
vLLM
Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Linux environments

Experience with GPU workloads or AI infrastructure is a strong plus.

About the Role
As an Implementation Engineer, you will work forward-deployed with our customers. For Intric to deliver real value, our platform must be deeply integrated into our customers’ existing infrastructure. That is where you come in.
You will work directly with customer technical teams to understand their architecture, deploy our platform in secure environments, and build custom integrations that make our AI capabilities part of their daily operations.

What We're Looking For We think you have 1-2 years of experience in similar roles or demonstrable achievements in relevant areas. Experience with a startup is considered extra relevant.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish, fluency in Swedish is a meriting
Location & Travel: Flexible location (Sweden or Finland). Ideally, you are based in Sweden with frequent travel to Finland, or vice versa.
