About the Job
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Automation and Communication Engineer to play a key role in designing and implementing automation, SCADA, and communication systems for renewable energy projects, particularly within PV (solar) and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems).
About the Role:
As an Automation and Communication Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and dimensioning automation, SCADA, and communication solutions for renewable energy systems. You will work closely with project planners, managers, and procurement teams, while also collaborating with external grid operators, customers, and suppliers. This is a senior role, and we are looking for someone with strong experience in automation and communication engineering, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Design and dimension SCADA, automation, and communication systems for PV and BESS projects.
Ensure system design aligns with project requirements, grid specifications, and industry standards.
Develop and implement robust and secure communication and automation architectures.
Contribute to strengthening internal capabilities within IT security, SCADA, and automation solutions.
Select and evaluate suppliers and technical solutions in collaboration with the procurement team.
Support both tender and project execution phases with technical expertise.
Investigate and evaluate connection possibilities and technical solutions for seamless grid integration.

We believe you have:

Experience working with engineering tools such as AutoCAD or similar.
Experience within the renewable energy sector (solar, BESS, or infrastructure projects) is highly meritorious.

As a Power Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, dimensioning, and optimization of electrical components, including cabling, transformers, and switchgear, for renewable energy systems. Your Key Responsibilities

Simulate and analyze solar parks and energy storage systems, focusing on Power Quality (PQ) diagrams.
Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with suppliers to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.

Who You Are
We are seeking a highly motivated Power Engineer with a strong background in electrical design and renewable energy systems. You are customer-centric, reliable, and adaptable, capable of working independently while collaborating closely with clients and project teams.
We Believe You Have:
A university degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
At least 10 years of experience in power engineering, specializing in switchgear, relay protection, and electrical installations.
Expertise in designing and dimensioning switchgear and relay protection systems.
Certification in low and/or high voltage systems is a plus.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work close to cutting-edge research and development, where advanced numerical methods and high-performance computing are used to model complex interactions between electromagnetic fields, charged particles, and fluids.
About the Role:
As a Computational Physicist, you will be part of a specialized simulation team working with advanced multiphysics models to study and predict complex physical systems involving plasma dynamics, electromagnetic fields, and coupled transport phenomena.
Your primary focus will be on developing, running, and analyzing large-scale simulations, as well as contributing to new modeling methods and analytical tools. You will collaborate closely with experimental teams, theoretical specialists, and software developers in a highly interdisciplinary environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Perform and analyze large-scale multiphysics simulations involving plasma, electromagnetic fields, and particle–field interactions.
Develop and improve analytical tools to interpret complex physical behavior from simulation data.

Who You Are:
We are looking for a highly experienced researcher with deep expertise in computational plasma physics, electromagnetics, or related multiphysics domains. You enjoy working hands-on with simulation tools and numerical models and are comfortable bridging theory and implementation.
You are self-driven, collaborative, and motivated by solving complex physical problems in research-intensive environments.
We believe you have:
A PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) in Physics, Applied Physics, Engineering Physics, or a closely related field.
At least 5 years of practical research experience within plasma physics, electromagnetics, or multiphysics simulation after completing your PhD.
Strong background in numerical methods for coupled physical systems.
Proven experience with particle-based methods, field solvers, fluid models, or hybrid simulation approaches.
Advanced programming skills in scientific computing environments.
Experience handling and post-processing large-scale simulation datasets.

It is considered a plus if you also have:
Experience with high-performance computing (HPC), parallel programming, and large-scale distributed simulations.
Experience with GPU acceleration and performance optimization.
Strong data analysis and statistical modeling skills.
Experience with scientific software development best practices and DevOps-related tooling.

För vår kunds räkning, en ledande aktör inom förnybar energi och storskalig solkraft, söker vi nu en erfaren och tekniskt kunnig PV System Designer, Utility Scale.
Kort om rollen:
Som PV System Designer, Utility Scale kommer du att vara en viktig del av vår kunds satsning på storskaliga solparksprojekt. Du ansvarar för att utveckla och driva den tekniska lösningen inom PV och BESS för projekt i storleksordningen 30–100 MW, med projektvärden upp till cirka 800 MSEK. Du kommer att arbeta nära projektledare och säljare för att säkerställa goda kundrelationer och tekniska framsteg.
Dina främsta arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden:
Ansvara för den tekniska lösningen för PV och BESS i storskaliga solparksprojekt.
Stötta projektledare och säljare i att bygga och upprätthålla goda kundrelationer.
Besvara och diskutera tekniska frågor från kunder och leda dem till rätt lösning för deras projekt.
Projektera solparker och energilager i storleksordningen 30–100 MW, inklusive dimensionering av kablage, vägar och markarbeten.
Utveckla företagets kapacitet inom solparker och energilager.
Hålla dig uppdaterad om nya produkter och teknologier inom segmentet.
Samarbeta med internationella leverantörer för att säkerställa högsta kvalitet och effektivitet i projekten.



Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som har 10+ års erfarenhet av arbete med storskaliga solcellsparker och energilager. Du är självgående och har en stark teknisk kompetens, med förmåga att leda projekt från design till implementering. Du trivs i en roll där du kombinerar teknisk expertis med kundfokuserade lösningar och vill bidra till förnybar energi.
Vi tror även att du har:
En högskoleutbildning eller kandidatexamen inom engineering, gärna med inriktning mot energisystem, elteknik eller liknande.
10+ års erfarenhet av att leda tekniska projekt inom solkraft och energilagring.
Starka analytiska färdigheter och en god förståelse för projektering och teknisk design.
