THE ROLE
As an O&M Engineer at Hexicon, you will report to the CTO and work closely with our technical team and the project managers.
We are looking for an experienced technical package manager for our operation andmaintenance scopes of floating offshore wind farms. We wish you to contribute to the earlystages of development and generate cost estimations and maintenance scenarios. Youwill lead the O&M package for the later stages of our floating offshore wind projectdevelopment phases. You need to be able to speak the language of WTG OEMmaintenance schemes and maintenance contracts. You will also need to be able todevelop and optimise the O&M philosophy as well as plan and lead related scopes andcontracts.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE
Develop and advise on O&M strategies for floating wind projects.
Contribute to work packages and/or projects
Support the project teams in the case of O&M-related issues in the developmentand design
Prepare tenders and negotiate contracts with WTG OEMs or other maintenanceservice suppliers, review and evaluate the offered services


YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
A Master's degree in engineering or similar
At least a few years of professional experience in the field of Offshore wind O&M

As our PMO Manager, you will be working in a small dynamic team and report to the Chief Project Officer. You will be working cross-functionally between all the departments and drive the PMO strategy for our projects, and supporting the corporate development within Hexicon. Besides this, you will be in charge of managing and expanding the PMO department.?

To be successful in the role of PMO Manager, you should be familiar with implementing improvement processes and have a detail-oriented mindset. You should also have an extensive experience with project management, and strategic development processes, be able to support where necessary, and not be afraid to coach the project teams on new standards and processes. ?? ?



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE?

- Develop and implement project management standards, templates and processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across projects

- Track the progress of each project via project reports and update progress dashboards for management and stakeholders

- Schedule, plan, and programme projects in Primavera P6 and/or MS Projects while working closely with the Project Managers

- Support M&A processes by managing data rooms and lead document control

- Work with key stakeholders to identify, analyze and assess project risks. Establish and track risk mitigation plans

- Create and review documentation for project creation, development and implementation



YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE??

- A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or similar education

- 6+ years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years in PMO or project development in the energy industry or in complex engineering and construction projects

- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint

- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks

THE ROLE?

As our Electrical Project Manager, you will be working in a small dynamic team and report to the CTO. You will also be working closely with our technical team and the project managers.

You will oversee multiple projects in various markets. Projects can range from demonstration units to 1+ GW offshore wind ventures, including onshore grid connections. As the Electrical Project Manager, you'll coordinate and integrate electrical systems across projects and manage dedicated electrical teams when needed. Hexicon focuses on early project development, so a strong track record conducting pre-FEED, FEED, and detailed design is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE?

Feasibility assessments: Technical and commercial assessments of the various electrical network topologies for offshore wind farms including assessing HVAC vs. HVDC.

- ??Conceptual Excellence: Define and optimize windfarm electrical systems at a conceptual level.

Project Advancement: Develop and manage engineering works to progress projects through development phases, including pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Design

Design Expertise: Provide guidance on the electrical design of wind farms.

Grid Insights: Offer technical input on-grid connections and grid compliance for wind farms when applicable.

Transmission System: Contribute to designing transmission systems, providing technical and commercial requirements.

Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate with external consultants, suppliers, and contractors for in-depth studies when needed.

Global Engagement: Embrace occasional international travel for project success and global connections.

Optimization Focus: Be responsible for optimizing and integrating the electrical scope in multi-billion EUR floating wind power generation projects.

Design Compliance: Ensure design compliance with local and international standards and codes, regulatory aspects, and project policies.

Interface management: Identify and manage key technical interfaces across various work packages where the Electrical team is involved.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders such as equipment suppliers and regulatory bodies associated with the electrical package where necessary.

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE??

- BSc or higher in Electrical Engineering

- Experience in Offshore Wind project development

- Familiarity with various power system analysis software for power system studies, earthing studies, and thermal studies such as DIgSILENT PowerFactory, ETAP, CDEGS, CYMCAP, etc.

- Experience with power systems design and industry codes and standards for offshore wind projects.

- Familiarity with one or more grid codes and regulations.

- Broad knowledge of the capabilities of global contractors in offshore wind and onshore utilities

- Strong personal leadership, including HSSE and Quality Assurance experience.

- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new tasks at short notice.

- Excellent communication skills

- Fluency in English

- Offshore installation experience, especially with electrical cables and offshore substations.

THE ROLE?

As our Electrical Project Manager, you will be working in a small dynamic team and report to the CTO. You will also be working closely with our technical team and the project managers.

You will oversee multiple projects in various markets. Projects can range from demonstration units to 1+ GW offshore wind ventures, including onshore grid connections. As the Electrical Project Manager, you'll coordinate and integrate electrical systems across projects and manage dedicated electrical teams when needed. YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE??

- BSc or higher in Electrical Engineering

- Experience in Offshore Wind project development

- Familiarity with various power system analysis software for power system studies, earthing studies, and thermal studies such as DIgSILENT PowerFactory, ETAP, CDEGS, CYMCAP, etc.

- Experience with power systems design and industry codes and standards for offshore wind projects.

- Familiarity with one or more grid codes and regulations.

- Broad knowledge of the capabilities of global contractors in offshore wind and onshore utilities

- Strong personal leadership, including HSSE and Quality Assurance experience.

- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new tasks at short notice.

- Excellent communication skills

- Fluency in English

THE ROLE

As our Geoscience Specialist, you will report to the CTO and collaborate closely with our technical team and project managers.

We are in search of a multifaceted geoscience professional with a solid grounding in geotechnical engineering and extensive experience in offshore surveying. The role is crucial for early-stage project development, requiring the ability to derive strategic insights from limited geodata for site selection and development activities. Your core responsibilities include overseeing geoscience-related aspects during the development phase of offshore wind projects. This encompasses utilizing diverse geoscience data sources for preliminary assessments, assisting in initial design decisions, site selection, anchor technology, and planning offshore survey operations. The role demands a candidate who is adept in a dynamic, small team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage offshore geoscience investigations (e.g., bathymetric, seabed, and geological surveys).

- Analyze and integrate subsoil, geological, and geophysical survey data for site assessment and design.

- Handle technical and contractual aspects of explosive ordnance disposal in offshore settings.

THE ROLE?

As our Business Controller, you will be working in a small dynamic team and report to the CFO. You will be working cross-functionally between all the departments and support the project managers and management team by analysing the firms’ different projects and prospects financial drivers and business cases. The role is heavily commercially focused and will be exposed to the main stakeholders from the PMO and Business Development functions and our international Joint-Venture partners.

The role will be dynamic in nature and is likely to evolve with time, Corporate Group Controlling tasks, Compliance and Control, as well as Process Development topics are likely to be part of the role as well, as we are in the process of developing and setting up the finance function and structures for future growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE?

- Analysing and forecasting project costs and cash flow

THE ROLE?

As our Naval Architect, you will be working in a small dynamic team and report to the CTO. You will be working cross-functionally between all the departments and supporting ongoing projects.

To be successful in the role as our Naval Architect, you should be experienced and driven in the design of floating foundations and mooring systems. You should also have an understanding of wind turbine systems and foundation fabrication and supply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE?

- Lead design studies to establish characteristics of structures and equipment, such as size, weight, displacement, and draft with the objective of optimal system performance.

- Perform design reviews, evaluate design, constructability and insatiability to help resolve technical issues, and manage information generated through the design and construction phases of projects.

- Oversee the design and testing of prototype floating structures in basin tests as well as numerical models to establish the centre of gravity, ideal hull geometry, hydrodynamic and hydrostatic data.

- Proficient in writing, editing and preparing technical documentation in relation to ongoing projects

- Assist with the review and checking of contracts for engineering work.

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE??

- A Master’s degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or equivalent.

- Minimum 2-5 years experience with design of floating offshore structures and/or mooring systems, in conformance with applicable design standards.

THE ROLE?

As an O&M Engineer at Hexicon, you will report to the CTO and work closely with our technical team and the project managers.

We are looking for an experienced technical package manager for our operation and maintenance scopes of floating offshore wind farms. We wish you to contribute to the early stages of development and generate cost estimations and maintenance scenarios. You will lead the O&M package for the later stages of our floating offshore wind project development phases. You need to be able to speak the language of WTG OEM maintenance schemes and maintenance contracts. You will also need to be able to develop and optimise the O&M philosophy as well as plan and lead related scopes and contracts.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE?

- Develop and advise on O&M strategies for floating wind projects.

- Contribute to work packages and/or projects

- Support the project teams in the case of O&M-related issues in the development and design

- Prepare tenders and negotiate contracts with WTG OEMs or other maintenance service suppliers, review and evaluate the offered services

THE ROLE?

As our CAD Engineer, you will be working closely with our technical team and project managers and you will report to the CTO.

As a CAD technician at Hexicon, you will generate surface and solid CAD models to support our project- and product development activities. You will be responsible for generating models using CAD software for further use input for numerical models of the design, illustrations, sketches, and arrangement drawings. You may be required to work as part of a team and individually on multiple parallel projects. THE ROLE?

As our Project Development Manager, you will be working in a small dynamic team and report to the Chief Project Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of new floating offshore wind projects from early concept phase till the final investment decision, ensuring well planned execution and progress, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and communications.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE?

THE ROLE?

As our project planner and risk manager, you will be working in a small dynamic team and report to the Head of PMO. You will be working cross-functionally between all the departments and support the project managers with the project plannings and risk management for our international projects. Besides the day-to-day tasks, you will support the Head of PMO in setting up company standardizations for planning and risk management to establish our new PMO department.

To be successful in the role as our project planner and risk manager, you should be proficient with Primavera P6 and have extensive experience with planning complex engineering and construction projects. You should also have a sufficient understanding of project risk management and be able to lead risk session and manage the risk register. You should not be afraid to take ownership and actively support the project manager managing the project schedule and risk register.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE?

- Schedule, plan, and programme projects in Primavera P6 and / or MS Projects

- Work closely with project managers to plan, schedule major projects

- Identify critical path, shortcomings in project schedules and advise on action plans

- Create project reports and update progress dashboards

- Lead risk, opportunity, and issue management sessions across complex projects

- Embed risk, opportunity, and issue processes within our projects

- Actively manage risk and opportunity mitigation actions

THE ROLE?

As our Geotechnical Engineer, you will report to the CTO and work closely with our technical team and the project managers.

We are now looking for a geotechnical specialist who is able to apply experiences in both early-stage project development and extract recommendations for site selection or development activities from limited geo data. The main responsibilities within the role involve planning and leading related scopes of work for the development phase of an offshore wind project. This task requires knowledge of available data sources for initial assessments and the ability to support preliminary design and decisions related to site selection, anchor technology selection, and planning of survey works offshore. It is also important that our future geotechnical specialist is comfortable working in small teams and in a dynamic work environment.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE?

- Tendering, awarding, and monitoring offshore construction site investigations (e.g., bathymetric and seabed investigations)

- Evaluate the subsoil investigation results and processing of the data

- Technical and contractual control of explosive ordnance disposal

- Procure and compile the descriptive parameters of the soil conditions

- Prepare the site assessment reports for soil conditions as part of the design basis

- Participate in studies for design and cost estimation for floating support structures

- Support the design process with a focus on soil-structure interaction and anchor capacity

- A Master's degree in civil engineering or geotechnics or geology or similar

- Several years of professional experience in the field of site investigation, soilstructure interaction, etc.

THE ROLE?

As our document controller, you will be working in a small dynamic team and report to the Head of PMO. You will be working cross-functionally between all the departments and support the project managers with document management for our international projects. Besides the day-to-day documentation handling, you will support the Head of PMO in setting up the structure for our new PMO department.

To be successful in the role as our document controller, you should be up to date with document management processes and have a detail-oriented mindset.
