Excillum designar, utvecklar och tillverkar röntgenljuskällor som bland annat används för kvalitetssäkring inom halvledar-, elektronik- och batteritillverkning. Andra tillämpningar är för framtagande av nya läkemedel och möjliggörande av helt ny banbrytande forskning inom t.ex. biologi, medicin och materialvetenskap. Excillum är idag det ledande företaget inom branschen och sedan starten 2007 har vi växt och är idag runt 80 medarbetare i Stockholm. Vårt huvudkontor ligger i Kista med både labb och produktion i huset.

Som produktionsberedare på Excillum kommer en av dina primära arbetsuppgifter att bestå i att hantera ändringar av redan frisläppta produkter (ECO) samt delta I produktutvecklingsprojekt för att förbereda produkten inför produktrelease. Du kommer också att behöva utveckla våra arbetssätt så att arbetet blir effektivt och kvalitetssäkrat.

Din roll är en nyckellänk som kopplar samman forskning och utveckling (R&D) med produktionen. Du ansvarar för att skapa mBOM (manufacturing Bill of Materials) för nya produkter, inklusive källor och reservdelar. Dessutom spelar du en central roll när det gäller produktändringar för befintliga produkter. Detta innebär uppgifter som att skapa tillverkningsordrar för att säkerställa att all relevant data inkluderas, och se till att leverantörer och interna produktionsresurser förstår och implementerar ändringarna på rätt sätt. Din insats är avgörande för att säkerställa en smidig övergång från utveckling till produktion och för att hålla våra befintliga produkter i toppskick.

En annan viktig del av din roll kommer att vara att kontrollera och ansvara för hur produktändringar påverkar olika aspekter av verksamheten, inklusive inköpsorder, beställt material, material i lager, pågående tillverkningsorters, färdiga produkter och system ute i produktion. Du kommer också att vara ansvarig för att fasa in och fasa ut produkter enligt behov.

Du har även…

- Minst tre års erfarenhet av att jobba i en produktionsberedarroll eller motsvarande.

- God erfarenhet av att arbeta med LEAN-principer och 5S-metodiken.??

- Erfarenhet av att utveckla rutiner för produktion samt förmåga att se helheten och hur olika delar av verksamheten samverkar för att uppnå målen.

- Du har även erfarenhet av Monitor eller liknande ERP-system.

Det är ett plus om du har…

tidigare erfarenhet från att ha jobbat i produktion. Din inblick i produktionsprocesser är värdefull då du kommer att kunna använda din breda kunskap och förståelse för produktionsflöden för att säkerställa smidiga och effektiva projektgenomföranden.

As a software engineer at Excillum you will work in a broad role and play an important part in the development of new products as well as improvement of existing products connected to our X-ray systems’ software. For the development of the software, we are mainly using C ++ and Python in a Linux environment. Your team's tasks are, among other things, to work on finding an as precise "X-ray spot" as possible.

In the roll as Production Test Engineer, you will be part of a low-volume production with an important role in the flow of producing high-quality products, ready to be shipped out to customers globally. This is a role where you liaise between manufacturing assembly and engineering in a dynamic and experimental laboratory.

The job is primarily to do system test of the source and associated spare parts, by following the process, trouble shooting, reporting and acting upon deviations. By time you will learn about our advanced and complex systems consisting of electronics, software, mechanics and high vacuum to further develop both your root-cause-analysis skills but also new test processes and reports. As mentioned before testing will be your priority, but your days will be filled with other tasks when requested, e.g. as project participant in product development, product maintenance assignments or production.

we believe that you are an analytical, problem-solving and structured engineer who finds quality assurance and manufacturing of advanced systems exciting. In addition, you like to work hands-on in the trouble shooting. You may have worked in a similar role before, or you may have studied a suitable engineering degree and are ready for your first challenge after your studies. This is an excellent opportunity as a recently graduated engineer to learn about our product and the company, with a possibility to later join our R&D team.

It would be a great advantage if you bring some of these following experiences with you, either from study or work.

- Ability to understand electrical diagrams to be able to troubleshoot in the best possible way
- Programming skills in Matlab or Python

About the role
Currently, Excillum offer the MetalJet source, based on the company-founding metal-jet-anode technology, and the NanoTube source powered by their refined e-beam technology.
