We’re looking for a technically driven Product Manager to lead the development of the evroc Console – our central graphical interface through which customers access and manage evroc’s cloud services.
This is a key role where you’ll collaborate closely with designers and engineers to define the Console’s vision, architecture, and user experience. Your mission is to simplifying complex infrastructure management for our users and shaping the way developers interact with evroc’s cloud.
As part of a growing product organization, you’ll join a high-impact team working at the intersection of design, engineering, and business, with the mandate to drive product excellence across all of evroc’s services.
What you'll Tackle
Drive the end-to-end product development of the evroc Console, from strategy and design to launch and iteration.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that all evroc services — Compute, Storage, Networking, AI, and more, are seamlessly integrated into the Console.
Partner with designers to create an intuitive, elegant, and developer-friendly user experience.
Translate complex technical capabilities into clear user journeys, workflows, and feature roadmaps.
Define product requirements, write user stories, and prioritize the roadmap based on impact, feasibility, and customer value.
Engage with customers and internal teams to gather insights, identify friction points, and turn them into actionable improvements.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to explore how AI-driven experiences can simplify and enhance cloud management.
Balance long-term vision with rapid iteration, ensuring that each release delivers measurable value.

Skills we value
Deep understanding of UI and UX, with the ability to work closely alongside designers and frontend developers.
Strong technical background and understanding of cloud services, including networking, compute, storage, and AI.
Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a technically complex environment.
Ability to collaborate with engineers, ask the right technical questions, and confidently challenge design or implementation proposals.
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution.
Previous experience as a developer and a strong understanding of the developer mindset.
Experience from cloud providers, hyperscalers, or modern infrastructure companies.
Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows, and how they can improve product usability.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction and implementation of our landmark data center facility near Stockholm, and subsequent facilities across Europe. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee a complex, large-scale project from inception to completion.
What You'll Tackle
Lead end-to-end project management of data center construction, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors throughout all project phases.
Manage project risks, dependencies, and contingencies.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Oversee quality control processes and construction milestones.
Direct and coordinate multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, and progress reports.
Manage project budget and control costs.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.

Skills We Value
Typically 5+ years of experience in construction project management, specifically in data center or mission-critical facility projects.
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale data center construction projects
Experience in Swedish building codes and regulations.
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, and cooling systems and latest trends.
PMP certification or equivalent experience.
Expert knowledge of construction methodologies, building systems, and industry standards, as well as sustainable construction practices.
Strong risk management, problem-solving and communication.
Fluent English; fluent Swedish advantageous but not required.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Cloud DevSecOps Engineer to enhance our cloud security and vulnerability team. You will focus on proactive security research, developing security tools, conducting assessments, and assisting development teams with secure code reviews. Deep knowledge of cloud security models and a proven track record of successful incident resolution are essential for this role.
What You’ll Tackle
Implement and manage security monitoring tools to detect real-time threats in cloud environments.
Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to integrate security best practices into CI/CD pipelines.
Conduct regular security assessments on cloud infrastructure to address vulnerabilities.
Develop and maintain cloud security policies, ensuring compliance with standards like ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and GDPR.
Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents, mitigating risks promptly.
Design and implement incident response plans for cloud-based security breaches.
Stay up to date with cloud security trends and technologies to enhance the organization’s security posture.

Skills We Value
Typically 5+ years of hands-on experience in platform and cloud security.
Strong knowledge of GCP, Azure, AWS, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure security.
Advanced C, C++, Golang or Rust (Linux and systems-level) programming skills and secure coding practices.
Experience with networks, system security, IAM, encryption, firewalls, SIEM tools, vulnerability scanners, and Terraform.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are advantageous.
