Credeq is a global leader in financial risk solutions. We are now seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and execution of our Financial Risk Products (“FRP”) strategy in Europe, with a focus on Credit Risk Insurance. This is a senior leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape our business in one of the most dynamic regions globally.
Key Responsibilities
Implement Credeq’s FRP’s strategy in Europe, in line with its overall business objectives.
Originate, structure, and bind insurance policies for bilateral loans, syndicated loans, leveraged loans, project finance, and asset-based finance.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, insurers/reinsurers, and other stakeholders in the loan and structured finance markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Credeq Group, including Risk, Compliance, and Operations, to ensure that all FRP’s activities are conducted in a safe and sound manner.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, European regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in the Credit Risk Insurance markets.
Develop and manage the Credeq Europe AB FRP’s budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management of Credeq FRP’s activities and performance.
Staff management at Credeq Europe AB, FRP division, as the personnel numbers grow over time.
Experience
Extensive experience in Credit Risk Insurance, loan markets, or structured finance.
Proven track record in originating and structuring complex financial risk products.
Leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and manage teams.
Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
