Our Delivery team is at the very front of our mission as they are responsible for delivering on our customer promise. Ensuring that our HeatPower products are delivered in line with our customer’s expectations. We are now looking for a Delivery Project Manager to join our team!
Being a Delivery Project Manager at Climeon is a versatile role where you will gain widespread knowledge on the technology surrounding our Heat Power modules. You’ll be managing our delivery projects from contract signing to site acceptance testing and customer handover. You’ll ensure that all major stakeholders work to deliver on our promise ensuring that technical validation of solution is made, integration design completed, production ordered, production acceptance testing conducted and all planning for commissioning whether it will be on land or at sea is made.
Majority of the work is done from Climeon HQ in Kista, Stockholm, but some travel will be part of the job, whether this is during project planning / production phase or whether it’s customer site visits prior to or during commissioning activities.

The role includes:
Support pre-contract activities: project scoping and planning to ensure project success and customer profitability.
Ensure the project is delivered according to customer needs and contract scope.
Manage resources, timelines, and costs throughout the project.
Manage customer communication throughout the delivery project.
Report project status to the customer and internally within Climeon.
Support the customer with information and documentation needed for site design. If necessary, drive and follow up on design changes in Climeon’s products.
Lead and participate in start-up and commissioning activities together with the project team.
Responsible for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
Manage the handover from Delivery to the customer and Climeon Service after project objectives are met.
Coordinate and follow up on Engineering, Sourcing, and Shipping activities.
Report issues, findings, and learnings back to the Kista office.
Lead and be part of the delivery project team; coordinate work within the team, with the customer, and with other departments at Climeon.


Who are you?
This role would suit an applicant motivated by hybrid-role ( Desk/Hands-On) in an international environment. The role requires a high degree of self-motivation and to solve tasks independently as well as in small groups and teams.
We believe that the right candidate has a technical academic background and a number of year of experience as a project manager:

Ideally, since Climeon is a publicly listed company, it is highly advantageous if you have prior experience in a listed company. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing, and have strong skills in Excel as well as experience with Business Central or similar financial systems.
Furthermore, to succeed in this role, you should be open, social, and proactive, with strong communication skills. You thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and enjoy working both within the finance team and across departments. We’re looking for a meticulous and positive individual to join our finance team and play a pivotal role in managing our financial landscape. Being a Service Engineer at Climeon is a versatile role where you will gain widespread knowledge on the technology surrounding our Heat Power modules. You’ll be working hands-on with electrical and mechanical equipment and PLC control system, making sure our machines are up and running at all times.
