Finance Business Partner On Trade to Carlsberg, Stockholm
We are looking for an analytical and strategic Finance Business Partner to support our On Trade (restaurant sector) department. As Finance Business Partner you will work closely with, and influence, On Trade senior management to drive business performance and ensure that financial decisions are made with high quality. You will be focusing on large scale and/or high impact for commercial decisions and support effective financial planning within the area of On Trade (restaurant sector). The position is a temporary position covering parental leave, based at our Office in Solna and you are reporting to CFO.


Main responsibilities as Finance Business Partner:
Share perspective and good practice to help deliver measurable improvements in the approach to business decision making, value for money return and risk management.
Provide objective financial advice and opinions that positively impact the future choices of the On Trade business.
Identify and drive financial efficiency with On Trade management, ensuring effective allocation of resources and commitment to a value-for-money approach.
Objectively challenge spend plans and take a proactive role in looking for opportunities to deliver services more efficiently and effectively.
Investigate opportunities and high-risk areas within the business.
Propose solutions and options to progress concerns to a satisfactory outcome.
Providing local coaching and training to improve financial confidence and competence within the On Trade management team.
Provide forward looking insight and challenge and act as catalyst for business change.



Job Requirements
You have master’s degree in economics or equivalent and at least five years’ experience from Finance or Business Development. We are looking for you who has experience from working within the branch and the ability to build good relationship with different stakeholders. To be successful in the position as Finance Business Partner you have good skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), QlikView, SAP. It is mandatory that you speak and wright fluent in Swedish and English.
As a person you are very analytical and structured with the ability to see both the hole picture as well as the details. You are a truly business partner, meaning that you are very service minded and have the knowledge to create models that provide “what if” capabilities to your internal stakeholders. About the Role
As Innovation Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading innovation and renovation projects from start to finish – from concept development through to launch. You will drive cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across Brand, Sales Channels, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Quality, and external partners. The role requires a high degree of ownership as you manage planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up on a portfolio of projects.
You will also play a key role in the development of new liquids, working closely with flavour suppliers, leading tastings, and ensuring product quality. In addition, you will prepare and present decision materials to the Innovation Board, manage project documentation, and ensure all work aligns with internal governance frameworks and our Growth Principles. You are expected to handle multiple parallel initiatives and independently lead both operational and tactical processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Profile
We believe you are structured, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to work independently. You enjoy working in a cross-functional environment and have the interpersonal skills needed to influence and collaborate effectively across teams. Key Responsibilities:
As a Financial Controller, you will support the Head of Accounting ensuring a timely, accurate, and reliable monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing process. You will perform Balance Sheet reviews and supporting Balance Sheet reconciliations, while also ensuring financial compliance with both local and corporate policies, regulations, and laws. In addition, you will contribute to change projects within the FinOps domain, addressing local changes driven by regional or global requirements. Therefore, it is important that you are interested in change projects, where you will be involved in testing and execution.

You will also participate in local cross-functional accounting projects and implementation of accounting policies, as well as IFRS and local GAAP changes. You will be coordinating both internal and external audits, managing relationships with auditors alongside the Head of Accounting. What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience within a finance function, preferably in accounting and reporting or in auditing
A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, including accounting processes, IFRS, and local GAAP.
Experience in identifying and driving process improvements.
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems (or a willingness to learn).
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.

About the role


As the Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all operational tax matters within the Swedish market. Reporting to the local Head of Accounting in Sweden with a solid line, and a dotted line to the Head of WE Tax Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, governance, and quality in all tax-related activities. Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with local regulations pertaining to direct taxes, indirect taxes, fees, and transfer pricing.
• Build positive relationships with the local Head of Accounting and Accounting Manager to align tax strategies with financial strategies.

Who are you?
We believe you have a university degree in economics, finance, business management, or a related field. You have experience in local and regional taxes, with a few years of operational tax and accounting experience. Previous experience in risk management through control frameworks is essential, ideally gained in FMCG companies, consulting, in-house environments, or Tax Authorities. You have a significant understanding and experience with both IFRS and local statutory accounting standards. Basic process understanding is valued, with proficiency in SAP considered advantageous.
