Power växer i takt med att Eltel skalar upp för att elektrifiera Sverige. Vi söker nu en Anbudsingenjör med gedigen kunskap inom AMA och EBR, som vill vara med och stärka organisationen kring elrelaterade affärer.

DIN FRAMTIDA ROLL
Nu söker vi en analytisk sifferhjälte som är bra på att kommunicera med folk på alla nivåer både inom Eltel och utanför; en nyckelperson för att lyckas med uppdraget. 
Detta är en nyinrättad tjänst vilket innebär att du i hög grad kommer att utforma både din egen roll och hur organisationen och strukturen runt elaffären ska se ut - i samarbete med säljorganisationen.
Eltel vill utveckla affären med befintliga, stora kunder såsom exempelvis Vattenfall, Ellevio och e-on. Du samarbetar nära med ansvarig säljare och med den operativa organisationen på Eltel med att ta fram kostnadsunderlag i samband med anbudsarbetet mot kund för att säkra en lönsam affär.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
Ta fram projektkalkyler i ett nära samarbete med KAM och beräkna kostnader för projekt och ramavtal, med fokus på eldistributionsprojekt.
Delta i implementeringen av nya avtal och utbilda projektledare och beredare i prismodellen och dess komponenter för ökad förståelse och samverkan.
Utvärdera och följa upp kalkyler tillsammans med controller eller projektkontor, analysera avvikelser och presentera resultat för projektansvariga som beslutsunderlag.
Använd Excelbaserade verktyg för kalkylering och arbeta med att förbättra projektkalkyler över tid, med fokus på att öka kostnadseffektiviteten samt identifiera risker och kostnadsdrivande faktorer.


DIN PROFIL

Vi tror att du som lyckas i denna roll har en högskoleexamen inom ett relevant område eller motsvarande kompetens förvärvad på annat sätt. Du har erfarenhet av arbete inom el- och energidistribution, gärna i samarbete med stora eller komplexa aktörer inom branschen. En god förståelse för hur elmarknaden fungerar och teknisk kunskap om elnätets uppbyggnad i Sverige är avgörande. Vidare har du goda kunskaper om EBR och AMA, behärskar svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift, och är skicklig i Excel samt har en god förmåga att göra noggranna kalkyler.
Som person är du analytisk, samarbetar väl med andra och har en tydlig kommunikativ förmåga. Eftersom rollen är nyinrättad behöver du vara självgående, proaktiv och drivande för att skapa en effektiv struktur. Din framgång i rollen bygger på ett nära samarbete med både säljare och produktionsorganisation, där god kommunikation med alla involverade parter är en nyckel till att nå uppsatta mål.

We are now looking for an Electrical Automation Engineer who wants to join our dedicated, diverse team and drive sustainable change, taking our processes from pilot plant to commercial scale – driving the technology to full industrialization.

Your Role
As an Electrical Automation Engineer at SaltX, you will play a key role in the development and industrialization of cutting-edge energy technologies. Working within a dedicated team of approximately ten engineers and reporting to Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the electrical and automation functions in projects, ensuring solutions are delivered successfully. Your work will span all project phases, from pilot plant development to full-scale industrial applications, combining technical innovation with structured delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the design, programming, and optimization of automation systems.
Contribute to the development of licensed products by creating standardized functions and architectures for industrial control systems (e.g., ABB 800xA).
Act as the project’s central coordinator, managing communication and collaboration with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
Ensure all technical requirements are met and the project is executed smoothly.
Ensure compliance with Swedish and international standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in process industries, focusing on industrial control systems.
Proficiency with ABB 800xA and knowledge of Siemens PCS7 is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of high- and low-voltage systems and industrial standards.
Experience working in projects and acting as a sub-project leader.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on standardization and optimization.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Proficiency in Swedish is also an advantage.

Your role
As a Process Engineer at SaltX, you will play a key role in the development and industrialization of cutting-edge energy technologies. Working within a dedicated team of approximately ten engineers and reporting to Head of Engineering, you will engage in a dynamic mix of responsibilities across lab work, computational analysis, and field operations.
Your role will involve evaluating and defining process and system component requirements, performing thermodynamic analyses, and assessing various processes and systems. You will also contribute to developing process flows and PIDs while leveraging SaltX’s innovative and patented technology.

Key Responsibilities: Process Development: Collaborate on industrial-scale processes with partners and stakeholders to achieve common goals and joint solutions.
Product Development: Drive the creation and refinement of internal technologies and processes.
End-to-End Development: Contribute to all phases of internal and external projects, from idea generation and conceptualization to design and development.
Innovative Problem-Solving: Investigate and develop innovative solutions to improve existing and new system designs and processes.
Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with partners, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to optimize performance and tackle challenges in energy consumption, material processing and supportive processes. 
Pilot Plant Support: Assist in commissioning and testing full-scale pilot plants and installation projects.
Testing and Analysis: Design and implement testing systems, evaluate test data, and produce detailed analysis and reports.

Qualifications
To thrive at SaltX we believe that it is important that our values correlate with yours. We also believe that you have the following qualifications: 5 year+ work experience as a process engineer or in a similar role. 
Master’s degree in engineering within fields such as chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or energy technology, or equivalent experience.
Experience in energy systems, thermodynamics, industrial processes, and experimental methods.
Ability to conduct strategic analyses and troubleshoot issues. You are adept with various technical systems and can adapt new technology to what is suitable for the application.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Proficiency in Swedish is also an advantage.
