About the role
We are looking for an LCA Specialist to join the sustainability department at CAKE HQ in Stockholm. This person will provide the company with quantified environmental data to drive reduction of environmental footprint, with emphasis on carbon footprint, which directly impacts our mission to speed up the transition towards a zero emission society.
The LCA specialist will help us form the structure and processes needed for efficient data collection (social and environmental) throughout the value chain and contribute with analysis and recommendations to guide us towards zero emission operations and products and social compliance.
This role collaborates closely with the product development and sourcing department to provide analysis of materials and processes from an environmental and social impact perspective. The role also works with internal communication, marketing to position and translate technical information for internal and external use.
Responsibilities
Conduct a variety of life cycle analyses to support the delivery of sustainable solutions, services and products, e.g. corporate and product environmental footprint.
Perform hands on ESG data collection and risk analysis
Prepare clear and compelling reports and presentations for internal and external use
Contribute to the development of an LCA toolset and process applied in design and product development and production.
Create LCA guidelines and contribute with research and recommendations to the project: Cleanest Dirt Bike Ever, aiming to develop a fossil free manufactured motorbike 2025.

Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in LCA modeling relevant to climate change impacts and benefits within corporate value chains
Familiarity with LCA databases (e.g. Ecoinvent, etc.) and in-depth knowledge of database management
Familiarity with LCA standards & guidelines (e.g. ISO 14040/44)
Familiarity with climate change reporting frameworks (e.g. GHG Protocol, SBTi,
Experience in working on multiple projects at a time, and prioritizing in order to meet deadlines.
Experience from LCA calculations within the mobility and transport sectors as well as good understanding of manufacturing processes of vehicles.
Experience as LCA specialist on driving net zero projects within the automotive industry
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Ability and willingness to collaborate and teach stakeholders about LCA methodology and performance.
Attention to detail and quality
Curious and creative
Fluent in English (written and oral)
PhD or Master’s degree in environmental science or similar discipline, with a specialization in LCA

About the role
The role will involve driving our product, the Ösa, and delivering food for a premium and leading food&beverage; company in Stockholm (“the partner”). What sets this service apart from the current delivery landscape is that it is climate smart in the sense that the bike is electric and the high level of quality in the delivery. Both that the food will be delivered at the right temperature / form as well as the service that the customer receives. In addition to driving the vehicle, you will promote CAKE, the restaurant chain and be an ambassador for climate smart delivery solutions. Moreover, both CAKE and the partner are keen to understand improvement areas - both from CAKE as a product perspective, as well as a process perspective, and the interplay between a delivery company and a restaurant. This means that you as a candidate need to be process oriented and analytical. The possibility to sell CAKE products while performing food deliveries also exists.
A successful job can generate possibilities to get a fixed term contract with CAKE and be a continued part of our growth journey. This could be in other areas, depending on the degree that you are pursuing.
About you

Description:
We are very curious to find a person who is results oriented, passionate about driving sales and building relationships. As a Sales Representative you introduce Cake’s products to customers, both B2B & B2C. You generate new leads and build relationships, connecting over the phone. For customers with more complex needs, you work with the entire sales team to craft the ideal solutions. Team-work is important to you and you can identify with the journey that Cake is on. Our ambitions are high so we need a person who likes to be in a company at its early stage.
Key qualifications:
You have at least two years of experience selling in the business market.
You’re comfortable developing qualified leads by phone.
You have strong people and presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You have excellent listening, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with customers, as well as within Cake and our team.
You have a proven ability to connect with people, manage processes efficiently, and prioritize without sacrificing the customer experience.
You can adapt in a dynamic, ever-changing retail environment.

Background/skills
Fluent in Italian. Swedish and other languages are a plus.
