Key Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
Accurately take and process customer orders in-person or via digital channels.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other drinks
Assist in preparing simple dishes, sandwiches, and baked items
Help with baking cakes, cookies, and other pastries as needed
Keep the cafe clean and organized (counter, kitchen, seating area)
Handle payments efficiently using both cash and electronic methods.
Communicate clearly and work cooperatively with your coworkers
Who You Are
Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Able to communicate fluently in Swedish & English
Some experience in a café, restaurant, or bakery (preferred)
Basic baking skills and an interest in developing them further
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
