We have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Project Control & QA/QC Manager for our projects based in Scandinavia working Monday to Saturday.

Reporting directly to the Project Director to provide Quality and Safe Construction in accordance with the Clients Specifications and local regulations to ensure timely project Execution for Customers satisfaction. In this role you will be responsible for leading and managing the project, leading the greater team on the project. Effectively manage the Quality Functions of the project by ensuring systems, processes and standards are developed, implemented and continuously improved.

Must be flexible to work across our projects throughout Europe and the UK.

Duties:
Manage and oversee a robust project quality and Environmental Management System to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements.

Develop & maintain Quality Plans, Quality Manuals, Quality Systems, and maintain and record all related documentation

Manage site compliance and performance in conjunction with Project/Construction managers through company KPI's, reviews and proactive management.

Advise management on QA issues and co-ordinate frequent meetings with the client, subcontractors & suppliers.

Develop relationship across the group both internally and client facing to ensure policies and requirements can be implemented into the day-to-day business.

Ensure that all documentation and certification is complete and checked for project handover

Monitor all quality related activities on the project ensuring correct codes, standards, job descriptions, project procedures, federal and provincial regulations are properly identified, correctly specified in detail and met or exceeded.

Develop handover documentation packs for each work pack

Submit reports and feedback for senior management, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Essential requirements:
Advanced ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with all internal organization departments, suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.

Strong coordination and organization skills, with strict emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience in quality systems, understanding of specifications, data and defect analysis, variance reduction, with knowledge of Lean, TUV standards or LEED.

Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and expectations, qualified AS9100 Rev C Lead Auditors Course

Must hold a BEng Honours Mechanical Engineering Degree

Strong evidence of delivering results in Quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ability to develop and manage non-conformance, deficiencies, and reporting programs, including root cause analysis.

Proven ability to manage teams and work on cross-functional projects.

Ability to work to deadline with good prioritisation, planning and organisational skills

Hands-on, able to work in detail while also taking a strategic overview.

Must have the ability to work within strict deadlines and under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanour.

Ability to work rotations (3 to 1 week, 6 to 2 weeks, 9 to 3 weeks and 12 to 4 weeks)

Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role in one or more of the following industries (Nuclear, Data Centre, Oil, Gas, Pharma or Food Processing)

Must be a fluent English speaker and writer.

Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft suite and BIM would be an advantage

We have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Electrical & Mechanical Supervisor for our projects based in Scandinavia working Monday to Saturday.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager to provide Quality and Safe Construction in accordance with the Clients Specifications and local regulations to ensure timely project Execution for Customers satisfaction. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team on the project by ensuring systems, processes and standards are developed, implemented and continuously improved.

Duties:
Assist the Project Manager by leading all aspects of from design and implementation of the delivery programme to commissioning the handover

Coordination and Planning of resources including labour and materials

Manage and motivate a team to meet all project performance indicators

Ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards

Advise management on issues and co-ordinate frequent meetings with the team

Compile and capture all necessary reporting data for high level reporting on a weekly basis

Develop relationship across all contractors and client representatives to ensure open lines of communication are available

Monitor team performance versus program reviewing where necessary and managing the findings to improve output

Ensure that all documentation and certification is complete and checked for project handover

Requirements:

Strong leadership, coordination and organisational skills with a strict emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail

Experience in similar roles, understanding specifications and reading plans

Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role in one or more of the following industries (Nuclear, Data Centre, Oil, Gas, Pharma or Food Processing)
Strong evidence of delivering results in a team environment and work on cross-functional projects
Ability to develop and manage non-conformance, deficiencies, and reporting programs, including root cause analysis
