The role of Senior Motion Designer at Bold is to lead the development and delivery of high-quality motion design across a wide range of brand expressions. As a senior team member, you are expected to take creative and strategic ownership within projects, contributing both conceptually and technically. You will play a key role in shaping motion design across pitches, branding and activation projects, and case studies — ensuring that work is grounded in strategy, crafted with precision, and delivered with ambition.
You will work in close collaboration with internal teams including strategists, creatives, copywriters, planners, and client/account managers. You will also maintain strong working relationships with external collaborators such as filmmakers, producers, illustrators, and other production partners. Ongoing dialogue and alignment with clients, as well as colleagues across other NoA agencies, is a key part of the role.
Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to independently drive the motion discipline within a multidisciplinary team are essential. You are expected to mentor junior designers, support capability building, and contribute to a forward-thinking, inclusive studio culture.

We are now looking for a Creative Director for our team.
As Creative Director at Bold, you are responsible for ensuring that Bold’s creative deliveries are of the highest conceptual, strategic and artisanal quality. The Creative Director is an inspirational force for the whole agency and a guiding star for Bold’s creative work.
Responsibilities
You, together with HOC and CCO, will be responsible for Bolds's creative output.
You will actively source inspiration, develop our processes and peers
You will seek progressive ideas, enable creativity, and actively foster opportunities for the creative to share work in a meaningful way.
You will support the recruitment of new design resources (in consultation with the CCO).
You are expected to work proactively to streamline our internal structures and work processes.
You will support and guide the creative teams in the right direction through inspiration, motivation, and advice.
You are responsible to seek opportunities and sessions to guide and support the creative teams
You are expected to be more actively involved in certain (strategically important) clients for the agency — both in terms of concept and design development.

Qualifications
10+ years proven experience within branding and design
Exceptional, multi-disciplinary portfolio of relevant branding work
A university degree (or equivalent) in graphic design or a related field is preferred
Excellent written and verbal English is a must
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Proven experience leading teams within an agency environment for large scale international clients
Experience working with clients in diverse industries including finance, fashion, industry, and culture is a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people, provide feedback and manage performance
Expertise in print, motion, digital and interactive design and their design principles
Strong background in art direction, working closely with writers, photographers, illustrators, video producers, animators, and coders

A Design Director is a key person at Bold and crucial to the teams, client relationships, and design deliverables. Design Director
 We have an immediate opening for a Design Director with international experience to join our team in Stockholm.
