TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define and execute customer strategy and site development plans.
Collaborate with regional leadership to support growth in Norway and beyond.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English (Swedish or other Nordic languages are a plus).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Willingness to travel within the Nordic region.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this position, you will work in a small team, where your manager who is internationally experienced, is a supportive leader. A person who will support and back up the team, set for success. You will be responsible for supporting the account management team with all relevant administrative tasks, to maximise revenue, along with the company’s set strategy. Your key responsibilities and accountabilities (not limited to)

REQUIREMENTS

A positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than having worked within the electronic component sector before. So, therefore, no specific requirements on what products you have been selling, but important to how you are as a person, and the fit with the company and the team. It is a fast environment, so you need to be stress-free, being able to juggle many tasks at once. It is positive if you have a technical affinity and an interest in electronics. Also, experience in logistics and supply chain would be an advantage. PROFILE:
To excel in this position, we are seeking a candidate with the following knowledge and experience.
A master's degree in electrical engineering or related field. Preferably within sustainable energy engineering. You hold a Professional (PE) engineering license.
Experience from working as a product engineer, product specialist or project manager within the solar energy sector.
You bring extensive experience in the design, development and implementation of large-scale PV and energy storage projects.
You have good knowledge of electrical system design software, e.g. PVSyst, ETAP or similar tools and AutoCAD
You have strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards and regulations applicable to utility-scale PV and energy storage systems.
You have worked with grid connections and know its requirement as well as utility-scale power system operation.
You bring experience on large-scale grid-connected battery energy storage systems as well as energy storage, large-scale solar energy projects and Lithium-ion Batteries
