What you will do:
Lead and manage contract administration activities across complex construction and capital projects, acting as a senior commercial advisor within project teams.
Develop and implement project-specific contract management strategies aligned with procurement approaches and client objectives.
Draft, review, negotiate, and administer a wide range of contracts (consultants, contractors, suppliers, and specialist subcontractors).
Advise clients and project teams on contractual rights, obligations, risks, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage change control processes, including early warnings, compensation events, claims, variations, and dispute avoidance.
Work closely with Project Managers, Cost Managers, and Project Controls to ensure contractual compliance and alignment with cost, schedule, and risk objectives.
Support and guide junior contract managers and wider project teams through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing.
Maintain robust contract documentation, correspondence records, and audit trails to ensure transparency and traceability.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned across client projects, supporting the development of effective and consistent contract management practices.
Liaise with client legal, procurement, and commercial teams as required to resolve contractual matters effectively.
Support business development activities by providing contractual input during bids, tenders, and project setup phases


What you will bring:
Required:
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Law.
