As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining our standards of excellence and contributing to our continued success.
Position Overview:
As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of the order-to-delivery process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of vehicles. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, factory and transportation partners to optimize the movement of vehicles from the factory to the final destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the order-to-delivery logistics operations, including order processing, inventory management, and transportation logistics.
- Work closely with the factory and car dealers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, resolve discrepancies, and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product and sales to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and ensure alignment of logistics strategies.
- Keep all stakeholders informed about the statuses of the vehicles through effective communication.
- Monitor shipments to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any potential issues or delays in transit.
- Analyze logistics data and generate reports to identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the company's logistics operations.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Logistics Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and transportation logistics.
- Experience from SAP, Salesforce is a merit.
- Excellent skills in Excel and proficient with other MS Office tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and transportation partners.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Structured with strong analytical skills to gather and interpret logistics data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
