Vi är en specialiserad hårsalong som fokuserar helt på lockigt och texturerat hår. Våra behandlingar är omsorgsfullt utformade och tar 1–3 timmar, där rådgivning, kunskap och omtanke är lika viktiga som själva klippningen eller inpackningen.
Alla våra produkter är naturliga, handgjorda och utvecklade av oss själva – för att ge håret precis det det behöver.

Vi söker framför allt dig som ser värdet i det personliga mötet, som trivs med fördjupade kundrelationer och vill bli en nyckelperson i en verksamhet där kvalitet, omtanke och naturlig skönhet står i centrum.
Du är självgående och har en stark vilja att utvecklas – både i din yrkesroll och som en viktig del av ett växande team. Du vill vara med och forma marknadens mest omtänksamma och resultatinriktade tjänst för lockigt hår.
För oss handlar det om att hitta rätt person framför att fylla våra scheman och därför är vi öppna för dig som söker både deltid och heltid. Vi är flexibla och skräddarsyr scheman efter tillgänglighet och behov.
Vi tror att du:
Har erfarenhet av eller ett stort intresse för lockigt, vågigt och texturerat hår
Har förmåga att arbeta självständigt och ta eget ansvar
Vill vara med och bygga upp något långsiktigt från tidigt skede
Trivs i en avslappnad, omsorgsfull och professionell miljö
Tycker om längre behandlingar med närvaro och fokus på kundens upplevelse
Är nyfiken, pedagogisk och lyhörd i ditt bemötande
Ser samarbete och kunskapsdelning som en självklar del av arbetet

Meriterande men inte avgörande:
Certifiering eller utbildning inom hårstyling
Erfarenhet av att klippa hår
Erfarenhet av att fläta texturerat hår

Do you love working with curly, wavy, and textured hair?
Do you want to give each client an experience that feels more like a spa for the hair than a quick treatment?
Then we’d love to meet you!
We are a specialized salon focused entirely on curly and textured hair.
Our treatments are carefully designed and take 1–3 hours, where consultation, care, and expertise are just as important as the actual haircut or treatment.
All of our products are natural, handmade, and developed by us – to give the hair exactly what it needs.

For us, every client relationship is more than just an appointment – it’s a bond of trust that deserves care and continuity.
That’s why your journey with us begins with a thoughtful onboarding period, tailored to your experience.
During this time, you’ll gradually get to know our clients, our concept, and our way of working.
Our onboarding happens in three steps:
???? Step 1 – Listen & Learn
Introduction to our methods, products, and philosophy.
Shadowing our senior stylist to understand client flow and salon culture.

???? Step 2 – Building Trust Together
You’ll start taking on clients with support and ongoing feedback.
The focus is on a smooth handover and building trust naturally.

???? Step 3 – Establishing Your Own Client Base
More independent work and an expanded schedule.
You become a key part of the salon, developing lasting client relationships.

The position starts at 50%, with the pace of growth toward full-time guided by your own development and how quickly you build your client base.
As you grow into the role, we’ll evaluate and adjust your schedule along the way – with the goal of you eventually managing your own full-time client flow and thriving as part of our team.

Do you truly enjoy working with curly, wavy, and textured hair? Do you want to give each client an experience that feels more like a hair spa than a quick treatment? Then we would love to meet you.
We are a specialized salon fully focused on curly and textured hair. Our treatments are carefully designed and take between 1–3 hours, where consultation, care, and knowledge are just as important as the styling or treatment itself. All our products are natural, handmade, and developed by us – to give hair exactly what it needs.
Our long-standing client relationships and mutual trust are a vital part of our business. That’s why we begin with a transitional period where we work together to build trust with some of our existing clients. During this time, we offer a part-time (25-50%) trial position based on your experience and scheduled clients. We evaluate continuously and adjust your schedule as you develop and our confidence in you grows – with the goal that you’ll eventually take full-time (100%) responsibility for your own client base and contribute to the level of quality and care we strive to offer every guest.
Our long-term goal is for you to become a key member of our team and help us evolve our concept together.

This onboarding is adapted to your experience and starts as a part-time position that gradually grows as you build your own client relationships. We see this phase as an investment – in you, in the client experience, and in the long-term strength of our business.
Your journey into the team follows three stages:
???? Phase 1 – Listen, observe, settle in:
You’ll work closely with our senior stylist and be introduced to our philosophy, methods, and products. This is a time to take in the flow of the salon and the culture – especially important when stepping into already established client relationships.
???? Phase 2 – Building together:
You’ll begin to work with selected clients, always with support and reflection together. The aim is to ensure a smooth and respectful handover, allowing the client’s trust to grow naturally with you.
???? Phase 3 – Make your mark:
Now you’ll start working more independently, with the opportunity to expand your schedule and build your own client base. You become a natural part of the salon, continuing to develop meaningful relationships with both clients and colleagues.
