We are looking for an Industry Lead, Mining & Metals to strengthen our international sales team
Location: This position can be based in either Stockholm, Sweden or Vantaa, Finland.
In this role, you will be the key driver of our growth in the mining and metals sector by shaping strategy, building industry-specific competence, and coordinating strategic customer activities across markets.
Your Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement an industry-specific plan for offerings and customer engagement.
Coordinate with country sales heads to ensure local execution of industry strategies.
Monitor industry trends by attending events, networking, and promoting our services. Share insights regularly within our sales organization.
Assign identified leads to local sales teams while also managing your own portfolio of strategic customers.
Coordinate actions and ensure strong collaboration with local Key Account Managers and sales teams to grow our footprint in the sector.

What We Expect From You
Proven experience in sales or business development within the mining and metals industry, or a related industrial sector.
An established and active professional network in the mining and metals sector is a must-have.
Strong ability to build and manage relationships with strategic customers at both local and international levels.
A commercial mindset with the skills to translate industry insights into concrete business opportunities.
Flexibility to travel across all countries where we operate (in the Nordic, the Baltic, and the Benelux countries).
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with fluency in English and Finnish or Swedish.

We are now looking for an HRIS Specialist to join our international People & Culture team and play a key role in managing and developing our HR systems and data reporting capabilities.
About the Role
As an HRIS Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for HR systems, ensuring smooth system administration, high-quality HR data management, and insightful people analytics. You will work closely with cross-border and cross-functional teams within the Adven Group, as well as with external service partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an international environment, streamlining HR processes, and leveraging HR technology to enhance decision-making.
You will be part of our enthusiastic and innovative People & Culture team of seven professionals, currently based in Finland, Sweden, Estonia, and Latvia.
The position can be based in Vantaa (Finland), Örebro (Sweden), Stockholm (Sweden), Riga (Latvia) or Tallinn (Estonia). We offer a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility between remote and office work.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main user of Adven Group’s HR systems, ensuring system administration, maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, training, documentation, and user support.
Oversee employee master data, collaborating with HR colleagues to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Deliver people analytics & KPI reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis, while also performing ad-hoc reports & analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
Support in annual people processes, including people cost budgeting, performance management, and salary reviews.
Participate in various HR projects, supporting our People & Culture team from HR system and data perspective.
Serve as a key liaison between HR and IT, ensuring seamless system integrations and troubleshooting technical issues.
Work closely with Finance to provide HR data and support key financial processes.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Prior experience as an admin user of Sympa HR in an international setting is a must.
Tech-savvy mindset and passion for leveraging new HR technology and automation.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to manage large datasets effectively.
Excellent communication & collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
Analytical mindset, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Om rollen:

Som Drift- & Underhållsledare är du ansvarig för våra anläggningar inom vårt affärsområde GEO Solutions. Inom GEO är vårt fokus skräddarsydda energilösningar för fastigheter.

Du kommer främst att verka i Stockholmsområdet, där vi idag har 15 anläggningar

Som Drift- och underhållsledare är du ansvarig för att organisera drift och underhåll av våra fastighetsspecifika anläggningar. Du säkerställer en energieffktiv och optimerad drift för långsiktig lönsamhet i våra kundsamarbeten.

Du ansvarar för att ta fram, verkställa och följa upp underhållsplanen för respektive anläggning samt organisera och planera driften. Vid larm på anläggningen bedömer du behov av åtgärd och bokar in arbetet. Det praktiska arbetet utförs i huvudsak av externa samarbetspartners och i ditt arbete ingår att ha övergripande kontroll av genomfört arbete.

Ett annat viktigt ansvar i tjänsten är att säkerställa att besiktningar och inspektioner genomförs i enlighet med gällande lagar och regler. I detta har du kontakt med tjänstemän inom kommun, brandkår och olika besiktningsorgan.

Du har även nära kontakt med vår kundansavariga säljare och är våra kunders tekniska kontakt. I rollen rapporterar du till ansvarig för Technology & Projekts inom GEO Solutions, som utgår från Finland.

Din profil

För att lyckas i den här rollen bör du ha:

- Teknisk utbildning gärna på ingenjörsnivå inom t ex el.

- Mycket god kunskap inom VVS och geoenergi

- Tidigare erfarenhet av arbete med värmepumpar.

Du har god struktur i ditt arbete och samarbetsförmåga. Att leda med tydlighet är naturligt för dig och du tycker om att kontinuerligt arbeta för ökad effektiviet. Som person delar du gärna med dig av din erfarenhet och stimuleras av förbättringar.

Även om du oftast i arbetet kommer använda svenska, så bör du ha kunskaper även i engelska. Tjänsten kräver B-körkort.

Vi söker nu en konceptutvecklare till vårt kontor i Stockholm.

Efterfrågan på våra tjänster ökar ständigt och vi söker nu en teknisk konceptutvecklare/processingenjör som ska jobba med vattenrening med fokus på framför allt membranteknik och jonbytare, men även med inslag av andra tekniker så som indunstning, kristallisation och värmeåtervinning. Rollen innebär att du utvecklar genomförbara tekniska koncept för nya och befintliga industrikunder. Rollen utgår från Advens kontor i Stockholm men du kommer att arbeta med lösningar inom hela Advens geografi.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

- Utveckla hållbara och värdeskapande lösningar i nära samarbete med våra kunder

- Skapa material- och energibalanser, processflödesscheman, ta fram preliminär layout samt kostnadsberäkningar

- Kommunicera och samarbeta med kundens tekniska personal och teknikleverantörer

- Sammanställa underlag och tekniska bilagor för kontraktsförhandlingar

För att lyckas som konceptutvecklare tror vi att du har:

- MSc eller civilingenjörsexamen inom energi, kemi, miljö och vatten eller liknande

- +5 år relevant arbetslivserfarenhet och processkunskap inom vattenrening med fokus på membranteknik och jonbytare, men erfarenhet från fällning/flockning, slamhantering, indunstning och kristallisation är också intressant, i allt från planering till genomförande av projekt och till felsökning i driftsättning.

- Kunskap inom konceptutveckling, genomförbarhetsstudier, kostnadsberäkningar för investeringsprojekt

- God samarbetsförmåga

- Mycket goda kunskaper in Microsoft Office

- B-körkort

- Flytande i svenska och engelska

Dessa egenskaper ser vi att du behöver för att lyckas initialt i rollen. På Adven finns dock goda möjligheter att utvecklas och vi delar med oss av den kompetens och kunskap som finns i Sverige, Finland, Estland och Lettland. Hos oss står du inte still!
