About the role

As one of our QA/RA Specialists, you will join the team of nine dedicated coworkers. The role requires previous experience from regulatory submissions, and we would also like to see that you have experience from the Asian medical device regulations specifically.
The QA/RA team is central to the company’s business as it is responsible not only for product market clearances, but also for manufacturer certificates and the corporate Quality Management System.
This is a full-time position at RaySearch’s head office located in Stockholm. As QA/RA Specialist, you will report to the QA/RA Director and be involved in all areas of the department.

Your main tasks:

• File product submissions and obtain market clearances
• Identify market requirements and plan new submissions
• Assist our subsidiaries and distributors with regulatory questions
• Assist with internal audits, external audits and inspections
• Lead or contribute to regulatory projects and vigilance activities
• Contribute to regulatory data quality in our customer and product database

The role is a great opportunity for you to contribute to the care of cancer patients by enabling new software innovations to be quickly and reliably introduced in markets worldwide. You will have contact with authorities, subsidiaries and distributors and work closely with an international team happy to share knowledge.

Your profile

To be successful in this role you work in a very structured and meticulous way. You have an interest in regulatory affairs and in explaining new software functionality, such as machine learning, to authorities. You adapt to changing conditions and have good communication skills. It is essential that you are well-organized but can be flexible when required. You recognize the importance of written processes and instructions and take initiatives to fill in any missing pieces. You can work independently and like to share your knowledge with colleagues.

Rollen

RaySearch, a world leader in the field of software for advanced radiation therapy, is now looking for a well-organized Sales Operations Administrator to join our international Sales team. This is a temporary position (for about 1 year) based at our head office in Stockholm.

About the position

In this position you will have a central role in our Sales team. You will bring structure to our sales operations and provide support in all steps of the sales process, from customer lead to installation and first treatment. You will become one of our CRM-experts, responsible for documentation of customer account information and milestones as well as quote generations. You will also work with product configuration and license generation.

In this position you will work closely with several of RaySearch’s dynamic teams and departments, including sales, finance, marketing, service and quality. The main part of RaySearch’s sales and marketing activities are coordinated from the head office in Stockholm. However, as RaySearch acts on a global market, this position includes broad international interactions, both with distributors and direct with RaySearch customers.

Your main tasks:

• Submit information to RaySearch’s global sales network (direct sales and distribution network)
• Follow up and monitor documentation about our customers
• Be an expert of the sales process, products and the functionality of the automatic quote generation system in Salesforce
• Sales support activities, as supporting sales with registration of quotes, follow up on customer agreements and deliveries, updates of customer’s licenses, etc.
• Work with sales to ensure that service contracts are pursued and established by the end of warranty periods

Your profile

Du kommer att vara en nyckelspelare i ett av våra två dedikerade team som aktivt arbetar med att forma och modernisera arkitekturen och designen för vår mjukvara, RayStation. Your main tasks

About the role

The physics group is a part of the RaySearch development department and is responsible for the physics algorithms and functionality for photon, electron, proton, neutron, helium and carbon ion treatments. You will participate in all steps of the development process, including analysis, software design, implementation and testing. About the position

In this position you will have a central role in our Sales team. RayCare is used by all staff at the clinic, e.g., physicians, physicists, treatment planners etc. and is used in all steps of patient care, from registration to radiation treatment at the treatment machine and for treatment follow-up. RayStation

RayStation is a treatment planning system that improves treatment forcancer patients, globally. RayStation was first released in 2009 and about 100 people are developing this product. You will be part of a team that is responsible for a certain functionality, such as treatment with linear accelerators, proton or carbon machines, image processing or integrations. You work widely, including manual system testing and automation of existing manual system tests. For RayStation, we are primarily looking for candidates with up to 5 years' experience.

RayCare

RayCare is an oncology information system, developed to streamline workflows in cancer clinics to facilitate efficient care faster. RayCare was first released in 2017 and about 40 people are developing this product. RayCare is used by all staff at the clinic, is integrated with RayStation and supports communication via HL7 and DICOM. You work widely, including testing the integration between RayCare's various components and between RayCare and RayStation. For RayCare, we are primarily looking for candidates with more than 2 years' experience.

RayIntelligence

RayCare is an oncology analysis system that is used to support analysis of patient populations, research activities, improvements in the workflow for oncology and facilitate adaptation of machine learning in oncology care. RayIntelligence was first released in 2021 and about 10 people are developing this system. RayIntelligence supports cloud storage with advanced data search capabilities with . You will contribute by setting up a good test strategy and infrastructure for testing a cloud system. For RayIntelligence, we are primarily looking for candidates with 2 to 5 years' experience.

RayCommand

RayCommand is an advanced treatment control system that is the link between our products RayStation, RayCare and the treatment machine itself. RayCommand was first released in 2020 and about 20 people are developing this product. RayCommand coordinates the systems involved in treatment, which is important to achieve safe and effective patient care. Working with RayCommand means working close to the machines and in close collaboration with the customers. For RayCommand, we are primarily looking for candidates with 2 to 5 years' experience.

Your profile

Experience in software testing and development is important, but motivation and personality are at least as important as experience. Senior fullstack developer in C#, python and WPF

RaySearch has several cancer care products, and we are now looking to add more talented developers to our DICOM team in the treatment planning system RayStation.
RayStation is a desktop application that runs on premises at more than 800 cancer clinics all over the world.
The DICOM team has an important and central role and collaborates with most of our 11 cross functional RayStation development teams as well as with clinics using our products and other companies using the DICOM standard for radiation oncology purposes.
As a part of the team you have the possibility to work with a variety of interesting tasks and may based on your interests and level of seniority take different paths.

Some of the team’s responsibilities are:

• Create and maintain a sustainable and well-designed architecture for the DICOM related areas.
• Import of patient scanning data such as CT images, that are then used by the clinical staff to contour tumors, risk organs and plan how to best deliver a dose to the tumor.
• Export of plan data to the treatment machine delivering the planned dose to the patient.
• Developing services for patient data retrieval and storage.
• Python scripts for filtering patient data for clinics.
• Collaborations with vendors of treatment machines and imaging devices.
• Anonymizing patient data used for investigational purposes.
• Treatment plan report generation tools.

Outside of the collaborations the DICOM team has with our own teams, our Service department and clinics using RayStation, they have a seat on the committee that sets the DICOM standard for radiation oncology. This group meets regularly to make amendments to the standard. In addition, the DICOM team tests RaySearch’s compliance with the DICOM standard at the Connectathon meet ups that take place in different locations in Europe or the United States on a yearly basis.

About the job

About the position

As QMS Manager, you will join a team of seven dedicated coworkers. You have long experience from developing and maintaining a modern, international Quality Management System for medical devices, and have experience from the European MDD/MDR or the USA QSR.

The topic is development of algorithms for optimization of FLASH treatments—a novel radiation therapy technology for treating cancer, where ultra-high dose is delivered to the patient for a very short time. Experiments indicate that this type of treatment can reduce the damage to healthy tissues induced by radiation while retaining a high probability of removing the tumor, thereby leading to better outcome for patients. Depending on the time structure of the delivery of radiation, the extent of the FLASH effect can vary. In this project, you will investigate methods to maximize the effect by optimizing the timing of the delivery of the treatment. The project will result in a prototype determining how treatment plans should be delivered to give the highest potential of obtaining the indicated positive treatment effects.

Radio-nuclear medicine in RayStation

Radionuclide medicine is when radioactive nuclei are injected in the body and bind to tumor cells where the radioactive decay can be used for treatment, tumor imaging or both. Radionuclide therapy has been used for over a century (Radium against Leukemia or Iodine against thyroid disease). The modern version are treatments where the radioactive nuclei (often Lutetium or Yttrium) are attached to manufactured peptides engineered to bind to molecules expressed at the surface of tumor cells. Nuclear beta-decays give a highly local energy deposit ranging only mm’s into the tumor or normal tissue, effective when there are many small lesions. Simultaneous photo-emissions reach outside the patient and can be used to create a, somewhat blurry, image of the tumor distribution in the body using a SPECT/CT imager (single photon emission CT). For some treatments a diagnostic PET/CT (positron emission tomography) is acquired before treatment using a beta+ emitter attached to the very same peptide.

There is mounting evidence that more precise knowledge of the dose distribution could inform treatment decisions leading to better patient survival.

We hope that at the end of this project we have created a RayStation prototype able to extract activity maps from SPECT or PET-images, feed these into the RayStation coupled photon-electron Monte Carlo dose engine with appropriate decay spectra and compute dose rates, time integrated dose or, time permitting, biologically equivalent dose for comparison to external radiotherapy.

We are now looking for a Saleforce specialist with CPQ and development skills to join our Salesforce team in Stockholm.
Salesforce is a very important tool in the work with our sales, marketing and support processes. Use your clinical knowledge in a new environment

After working as a Radiation Therapist for 15 years in the Netherlands, Grietsje was ready for a new challenge. She knew about RaySearch since she worked with our treatment planning system RayStation in her daily work at the clinic. When a position at RaySearch opened up she saw her opportunity to continue working with cancer care. Grietsje has now been a part of RaySearch's fight against cancer for 3 years, teaching how to use and get the best out of RayStation. She enjoys the combination of teaching, support and having contact with our clinics and all other people in the field as well as being involved in the development and testing of the newest builds.

About the position

As Application Specialist you will, as well as Grietsje, join a diverse and dedicated specialist group with clinical experience from different countries, located at our head office in central Stockholm. The group is part of the global service organization with Application-, Physics- and IT Specialists in the US, Europe and Asia responsible for installation, support and education of our customers.

The emphasis of this position will be on working with potential and current customers in the Nordic region to introduce them to our treatment planning system RayStation through demonstrations and training. This is mostly done on client sites but also in our training center in Stockholm, by webinars and at conferences. You will work closely with our sales team and provide detailed product knowledge in the sales process.

The position is based in Stockholm, office presence required but with flexibility.

You will mainly work with:

• Demonstrating RaySearch products at trade shows and onsite for prospective customers

About the position

Joining RaySearch as our new RA Support Specialist, you will be a part of our QA/RA team of six dedicated specialists and administrators. The position does not require previous experience from the QA/RA field, but we would like to see that you have experience from working in a regulated area.

The team is central to the company’s business as it is responsible not only for communication with regulatory authorities and obtaining product market clearances, but also for manufacturer certificates and the corporate Quality Management System.

After working as a Radiation Therapist for 15 years in the Netherlands, Grietsje was ready for a new challenge. She knew about RaySearch since she worked with our treatment planning system RayStation in her daily work at the clinic. Grietsje has now been a part of RaySearch's fight against cancer for 3 years, teaching how to use and get the best out of RayStation. About the role

As Application Specialist you will, as well as Grietsje, join a diverse and dedicated specialist group with clinical experience from different countries, located at our head office in central Stockholm. The group is part of the global service organization with Application-, Physics- and IT Specialists in the US, Europe and Asia responsible for installation, support and education of our customers.

The emphasis of this position will be on working with potential and current customers in the Nordic region to introduce them to our treatment planning system RayStation through demonstrations and training. This is mostly done on client sites but also in our training center in Stockholm, by webinars and at conferences. You will work closely with our sales team and provide detailed product knowledge in the sales process.

The position is based in Stockholm, office presence required but with flexibility.

We are now looking for a Saleforce specialist with CPQ and development skills to join our Salesforce team in Stockholm.
Salesforce is a very important tool in the work with our sales, marketing and support processes. Inom vår utvecklingsavdelning jobbar vi i scrum team. Teamen arbetar självständigt med att prioritera sitt arbete, fördela uppgifter, skriva kod och testa för att vidareutveckla och underhålla funktionalitet i produkterna. Juniora och seniora kollegor jobbar med samma typ av systemutveckling, testning och problemlösning, men med olika grad av självständighet. Om det finns en typ av uppgift som du blir extra bra på och gillar att göra, är sannolikheten stor att du kan jobba mer med detta. Teamens olika ansvarsområden varierar från bildbehandling och visualisering till fysiknära robot- och maskininteraktion eller systemens infrastruktur. Vi söker dig som är civilekonom eller motsvarande som vill känna en mening med ditt arbete – i detta fall, bidra till förbättring för cancerpatienter världen över. För att trivas i denna roll tror vi att du är ansvarstagande, strukturerad och noggrann. Vidare är du självgående, analytisk och ifrågasättande, ser vad som behöver göras och tar egna initiativ. För att trivas på RaySearch och i gruppen är du en social person med god kommunikativ förmåga då arbetet innebär många kontaktytor.

Vi tror att du har:

• 3-5 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av kvalificerat redovisningsarbete.
• Erfarenhet av projektredovisning.
• Erfarenhet av IFRS.
• Erfarenhet från en internationell koncernstruktur samt börsnoterat bolag.
• Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.

Det är meriterande, men inte ett krav, om du har erfarenhet av redovisningssystemet Maconomy. Det är även meriterande om du har erfarenhet från arbete på en revisionsbyrå.

Your challenge
Working as an IT Security Specialist, you will play an important strategic role leading both RaySearch´s and our customers IT security capabilities. You will work with "all things security", where your main responsibility will be secure and harden our IT-environment. You will amongst other things:

• Drive the development and implementation of security solutions on current and future architecture, products, solutions, and methods
• Have a close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to make sure we work with best practices and security by design
• Organize and lead security initiatives together with external partners

The team and work place
You will join and continue the initiative and development of our internal IT security organization, making IT security an in-house expertise. You will be an integral part of our organization, working with and across several teams as a source of expertise in projects. We have ownership of the entirety of our environment, combined with strong collaborations with IT security partners. We are currently working following a hybrid model and when we´re not working remotely, we share some great workspaces in our new office in Hagastaden, Stockholm.

About you
To succeed in the role, we believe you have prior experience of working with IT architecture and security solutions. You have likely worked with both on-prem and cloud solutions. You have knowledge of requirements gathering and analysis of security implementations and documentation. You have also worked with different security policies and standardized frameworks. Some buzzwords: ISO 27001/3100, CISSP, SIEM, IDS//IPS, PKI, FIM DLP or PAM.Besides the technical aspects, we believe you can take responsibility for your work while at the same time support and coach your colleagues. You will drive the development of security features to support delivery and ensure that the tools and approaches we use are effective and work. • Ansvar för att månads-, kvartals- och årsbokslut är korrekta och upprättas i tid
• Optimera, modernisera och automatisera företagets redovisningsrutiner och processer för att öka internkontroll och organisatorisk effektivitet
• Vara uppdaterad på aktuella redovisningsfrågor för att kunna agera rådgivande inom ditt team och organisationen
• Sakkunnig och föredragande i koncernens revisionsutskott tillsammans med CFO
• Underhålla och utveckla konsolideringssystemet

Profilbeskrivning

• Akademisk examen i ekonomi/redovisning/företagsekonomi
• Minst 5 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet från en liknande roll
• Mycket goda kunskaper om aktuella redovisningsregler enligt IFRS, framför allt IFRS 15
• Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i såväl tal som skrift
• Erfarenhet av en personalledande befattning i ett börsnoterat bolag

Det är meriterande om du har ett systemintresse och erfarenhet från systemimplementation. Erfarenhet från ett företag inom tech- eller konsultbranschen är också meriterande.
